Introductory workshop to the Alexander Technique for musicians and instrumental teachers.

In this workshop I hope to de-mystify some of the long-held misunderstandings and beliefs about posture, breathing and ergonomics in relation to playing musical instruments. Participants may bring instruments, but it is not essential. Please wear loose fitting clothing.
